ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE

The NCCASE Annual Fall Conference begins Sunday evening, October 4th with a reception at 7:00 pm in Turtle Watch and on the Veranda. Join us for food, networking, fellowship and TRIVIA! sponsored by PCG and NCCASE.
Sessions begin Monday, October 5th bright and early! Sessions will continue Tuesday and end at lunchtime on Wednesday October 7th. Sessions each day are tentatively scheduled to begin at 8:00 each morning.
Conference includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day.

When the conference block sells out...and it sells out quickly....the standard rates will apply.

NCCASE attendees are NOT paying the resort fee. It will still show in the pink highlighted section as an additional charge, but you will not pay this fee. If you are sending a check ahead of check in time, please calculate this out of the total amount due.

There are other hotel options on Wrightsville Beach and off Wrightsville Beach. Parking at the Holiday Inn Lumina Resort will be available for any attendee staying at an alternate hotel. Please see the front desk when you arrive for a parking tag. There is no charge for the parking.

2025 NC CASE Conference
Vendor Information
Three participation levels for vendors.

Gold Sponsorship Level: $3650 Includes a 30-minute presentation slot on the conference agenda, table and set up fees. 4 company representatives included in all meals and presentations.*

Silver Sponsorship Level: $2150 Includes a 15-minute presentation slot on the conference agenda, table and set up fees. 3 company representatives included in all meals and presentations. *

Bronze Sponsorship Level: $800: Includes table and set up fees. 2 company representatives included in all meals and presentations. *
*NCCASE pays for hotel set-up fees for vendor spaces. NCCASE provides all vendors with our Attendee Contact List. Any additional vendor attendees will be charged a $200 fee for meals and sessions.
You will notice a slight increase in sponsorship prices. The increase is to help NCCASE cover the rising costs of the conference.

Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. When the maximum number of vendors is reached, the registration will be closed and a waiting list started. When payment is received for the sponsorship level, an email will be sent and will serve as your receipt. Payment is due no later than September 5th. After September 5th if payment is not received, companies on the waiting list will take the spot. No refunds will be issued after September 5th.

Please note that mandatory statewide Conflict of Interest training for anyone engaged in administering contracts has been conducted with districts. As a result, you may see a decline in participation in vendor sponsored events that are not embedded within the conference and available to all conference participants. We strongly encourage that vendors sponsor conference meals, speakers, or activities as a means to engage with conference attendees.
